100114 -Lithonia - Master Officer Stanley Kyles qualifies at the Lithonia shooting range. Dekalb police officers undergo their annual qualifying at the police range in Lithonia. They are currently issued 9mm Berettas, but hope to get new .40 caliber weapons soon. Police say they routinely show up to a gunfight with criminals and find they are out-armed.
